Almond-Coconut Smoothie

Here is a favorite combination of nuts, dates, milk and spice. Almond milk gives a great anti-aging boost and coconut milk has a good kind of fat that metabolizes quickly.
Almond butter is a nice change of pace from regular peanut butter and is a great antioxidant. Buy a brand with the fewest number of ingredients and the least amount of salt.
