Curried Pear Smoothie with Almonds and Chia

Ingredients

  • 2 pears 

    ¾ cup almond Milk 

    5 almonds 

    ⅛ teaspoon garam masala 

    Dash cayenne

    1 teaspoon chia seed 

    1-2 teaspoons honey

  • Serves 1-2

Great recipes don’t need more than three great ingredients. Here we use pear (helps temper your cough), almonds (relieves stagnant qi energy in the lungs) and garam masala (spices for helping the flow of energy through your lungs) to match with the fall metal element. Prepare yourself during cold and flu season….the healthy, easy, natural and delicious way. Bottoms-up!
